Wellness Power Hour Check-In
The Wellness Power Hour is designed for those moments when you need focused time, clarity, and a personalized reset. Whether you’re exploring coaching before committing to a full program, returning for a quick accountability check-in, or seeking guidance around a specific health concern, this session meets you where you are. It’s also ideal as a refresher after completing a coaching package, or if you simple prefer flexible, one-at-a-time scheduling, instead of a long-term commitment. In one intentional hour, we re-center your goals, refine your plan, and create clear next steps tailored to you.

50-minute in-person or virtual session

Foundations Of WellNess
Foundations of Wellness is a three-month, six-session introduction to the core building blocks of your health. The program is designed to help you move beyond quick fixes and into sustainable change. For this foundational program, we will focus on the four pillars of health (nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset), helping you build clarity, consistency, and confidence, while creating a strong base for deeper transformation. With personalized guidance and support between sessions, you won’t be navigating this alone.
The total cost for the Foundations of Wellness coaching program is $600. You can choose bi-weekly $100 payments billed for the duration of the program, or pay in full at the time of purchase. Programs paid in full at time of purchase automatically receive a 10% discount.
