My approach to health and wellness coaching focuses on the whole person, combining holistic nutrition guidance with sustainable lifestyle habit change.

Your energy, habits, stress, sleep, movement, relationships, and daily demands are all connected. When one area is off, it often shows up somewhere else. That’s why my approach to health and wellness looks at the whole picture, not just one behavior at a time.

  • What nourishes us isn’t just what we eat.

    Fulfillment comes from many sources: supportive relationships, meaningful work, regular movement, rest, creativity, spiritual connection. When these forms of “primary nourishment” are in balance, food choices become clearer and less stressful.

    We work on all of it — because health feels very different when your life is nourishing, not just your meals.

A whole-Plate, Whole-Life Perspective

Instead of focusing only on nutrients or numbers, we use a balanced framework that considers:

  • Whole, nourishing foods

  • Thoughtful portions and proportions

  • Hydration and daily rhythms

But food is only part of the picture. Surrounding it are the lifestyle factors that shape health just as powerfully; relationships, career, movement, purpose, and connection.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings aren’t the enemy, they are information.

When you learn how to interpret cravings, instead of ignoring or fighting them, they can become powerful tools for understanding what your body needs.

By exploring the “why” behind cravings, we work towards balance, satisfaction, and harmony, without guild or shame.

Crowding Out, Not Cutting Out

Restriction isn’t sustainable and it isn’t usually necessary unless we uncover a food sensitivity.

Rather than focusing on what to avoid, we focus on adding in foods and habits that make you feel better. Over time, healthier choices naturally take up more space, and less supportive habits begin to fall away.

This process takes practice, not willpower, and you won’t do it alone. I’ll support you as you build momentum, one step at a time.

I'll take each step with you, collaborating on our approach and making adjustments as necessary based on your life, needs, and resources. Together, we will learn what your body has been telling you, and what it needs to reach elevated performance.
