Health is more than what you eat, and health coaching goes beyond food. Its how you live, rest, cope, and care for yourself day to day. Together, we will look at the full picture: habits, stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily rhythms, to build a plan that works with your life, not against it. Through personalized coaching sessions, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness. Together, we may focus on:

Rather than telling you what to do, coaching is a collaborative process. We identify what matters most to you, work together to set achievable goals, and adapt as your life and needs evolve.

  • Passmore Health offers 3 1:1 coaching packages to choose from, based upon what best suites your needs. We have a 3-month or 6-month program, as well as a session by session purchase for one-off coaching sessions or maintenance sessions after full coaching packages.   • When choosing either our 3-month or 6-month coaching package, you get:

    • Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month, for the duration of the program chosen

    • Email support between sessions
