Wellness Power Hour Check-In
The Wellness Power Hour is designed for those moments when you need focused time, clarity, and a personalized reset. Whether you’re exploring coaching before committing to a full program, returning for a quick accountability check-in, or seeking guidance around a specific health concern, this session meets you where you are. It’s also ideal as a refresher after completing a coaching package, or if you simple prefer flexible, one-at-a-time scheduling, instead of a long-term commitment. In one intentional hour, we re-center your goals, refine your plan, and create clear next steps tailored to you.

50-minute in-person or virtual session
A targeted converstion on your current goals or challenges
Personalized recommendations and next steps

The Wellness Power Hour is a great way to dip your toes into coaching, get support right when you need it, or maintain your progress after completing a longer program.
Foundations Of WellNess
Foundations of Wellness is a three-month, six-session introduction to the core building blocks of your health. The program is designed to help you move beyond quick fixes and inso sustainable change. For this foundational program, we will focus on the four pillars of health (nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset), helping you build clarity, consistency, and confidence, while creating a strong base for deeper transformation. With personalized guidance and support between sessions, you won’t be navigating this alone.
The total cost for the Foundations of Wellness coaching program is $600. You can choose bi-weekly $100 payments billed for the duration of the program, or pay in full at the time of purchase. Programs paid in full at time of purchase automatically receive a 10% discount.

Transform & Thrive
Transform & Thrive is a six-month, twelve session deep dive for those ready to move beyond foundations and uncover root patterns influencing their health. In addition to strengthening the four pillars of health, we take a more comprehensive look at your history, terrain, and genetic insights to create a truly personalized plan. This program is designed for lasting transformation, not just habit building, with expanded guidance, testing, and support to help you create sustainable change at a deeper level. With consistent accountability and built-in support between sessions, you’ll have the space and structure to fully transform, not just start.
