It’s rare to have dedicated time to slow down and truly explore your wellness goals with a trained professional. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive, collaborative space where you can clarify what matters most to you and begin turning those goals into realistic, lasting change.
Rather than focusing on calories, rigid rules, or labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” my approach looks at the bigger picture of your life and your metabolic terrain. We’ll use methods that include Nutrition Genome testing, a detailed health survey, and a comprehensive intake form to help identify the most effective place to begin.
From there, we focus on small, meaningful improvements across key areas of health including: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and daily routines. These gradual shifts often create a much greater impact than expected because they are designed around your unique biology, lifestyle, and priorities.
